Andrew Brooks joined UL Safeware Quasar in 2012 as a Chemical Regulatory Consultant, predominantly focusing on EU chemicals legislation: DPD/CHIP, CLP, REACH and other accompanying legislation. Providing support to companies bringing a range of different product types onto and into the EU marketplace, Andrew advises on classification and
labelling/ packaging requirements, along with authoring required Safety Data Sheets and the applicability of other aspects of regulations.

Andrew is also a Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser, assisting companies with their responsibilities under the regulations governing the transportation of dangerous goods by road.
