毒物及び劇物取締法(毒劇法)は日本の化学関連法規の中で最も複雑で理解が難しい法律のひとつです。輸入品の場合、海外の輸出者が本法令を自らチェック出来ない場合は、輸出者は製品の全成分と含有量を輸入者に開示して法令チェックを委ねなければなりません。含有量が極めて小さい成分であっても開示が必要です。 本法令に違反した場合、ユーザーへの影響が極めて大きく損害賠償請求問題に発展するだけでなく、企業の社会的信用も失われる恐れがあります。日本では、化審法新規化学物質の無届製造/輸入、化審法第一種特定化学物質の製造/輸入と並ぶ重大な違反です。 毒劇法の対象物質が追加された場合、経過措置が短いので製造者及び輸入者は速やかに法的要求事項に対応する必要があります。 今回のWebinarでは法令の説明に留まらず、実際のビジネスに即した情報・アドバイスを提供致します。
