Taiwan Updates Chemical Substances Registration Information Platform

On April 26, 2018, the Taiwan Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan (EPA) updated the new and existing chemical substances registration information platform.  The online platform contains the publicly accessible information of the registered chemical substances.  To date, the platform includes 1,472 new chemical registrations and 178,805 existing chemical registrations.

Recommended Action Items:

  • Check the updated list of registered chemical substances for information
  • Watch for the announcement of the updates on the standard registration of existing chemicals.
